Golden Bridge Choir hosts benefit for Orphan Bracelet Campaign

On Sunday, December 21st 2014 Golden Bridge Choir honoured DREAM OUT LOUD FILMS by hosting a benefit for the DO Ubuntu Orphan Bracelet Campaign at the Taglyan Complex, Southern California.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Maggie, Emile and the Golden Bridge Choir for making the Do Ubuntu Orphan Bracelet Campaign and its beautiful children their priority this holiday season…. We were thrilled and honoured that 500 people attended the concert and delighted to sell so many bracelets!!! We appreciate this huge commitment to making the world a better place and the desire to help us deliver the support the children need and deserve. These are all our children, and we have a big stake in helping them to live their dreams. If you haven’t already got a bracelet (or even if you have!) visit www.orphanbracelet.org to purchase one and find out more about our work with rural crafters and HIV/AIDS orphans.

Because of your donations and support for the Orphan Bracelet Campaign in 2013: we continue to provide 220 children two meals a day, employed 60 woman crafters; installed solar heating and a washing machine for 40 children; purchased a truck for Boitumelo and 50 school uniforms; planted an enclosed huge irrigated permaculture garden, producing enough vegetables to feed 40 children – plus the garden supplies extra income for the Boitumelo Orphanage.

From the bottom of our hearts, a great big Thank You for DOing Ubuntu!
